Environmental Monitoring

OMICA building allows a real-time monitoring of environmental conditions through the deployment of Controlling Station that can mount up to six different environmental sensors. OMICA building is a real “Plug and Play” solution: no software development or adaptation is needed. No connection to electrical network or intranet/internet connection is needed.

Main features of Controlling Stations are:

Portable: small dimensions and low weight allow to deploy easily Controlling Stations everywhere avoiding complex installation works. They can be deployed in safety conditions without particular works.

Removable: Controlling station are equipped with GPS that allow to recognize automatically the position of the sensors. Sensors can be moved in different place. OMICA building automatically recognize the new position.

Autonomous: Controlling Station are equipped with solar panel, so they does not need to be plugged to the electrical network. The incorporated data transmission system, based on GPRS/UTMS/3G communication protocols allows to deploy sensor without take care of connection to the internet/intranet infrastructure

Scalable: More controlling Stations with different sensors can be concurrently installed and constitute a monitoring network that can provide a more complete picture of the surrounding environment

Flexible: Customer can decide, upon his needs, which environmental parameters shall be monitored OMICA staff will provide the best offer to meet Customer needs.
